Throughout the night my mind has been whirling, trying to understand the ramifications for the field as we say goodbye to Dr. Leon Chaitow. His wisdom. His wit. His grace. The Fascia Research Congress won't be the same without him. His contributions to Massage & Bodywork magazine were many from published articles to useful feedback and critiques when I asked for his wealth of experience. And he gave freely. He knew I love all things mythology and magical creatures, so he'd send me pics of dragons (dragonflies) in the garden outside his place in Corfu to warm snowy days in Colorado. Diana Lynn Thompson and I love to swoon over him—in and out of his presence— and our adoration seemed to delight him. How could you not be wowed by his prolific brilliance and swift sense of humor? This picture is Ruth Werner and I paying homage at an International Massage Therapy Research Conference. Well, in my mind, Heaven's just stepped up its game. His legacy continues… 21.09.2018
