Without even knowing it, many many people in the fitness industry today have been influenced or touched by the work of Leon Chaitow. His extensive body of lifetime works are too long to list. He has directly influenced my mentors and his work will live on through us who work in the hope to improve human movement and health. I never met you Leon but I am saddened to hear of your passing.
